Order Processing & Cancellations

Once branding mock-ups are approved, changes or cancellations will not be entertained.
Orders will be processed only after full payment is received in our bank account. We are not responsible for delays caused by late payments.
Our responsibility ceases once goods leave our premises. We are not liable for any damages or missing products during transit.
Bulk Order Processing
Orders placed via Purchase Order (PO), Email, or WhatsApp with advance payment cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
Product color and quantity will be confirmed based on stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
If selected colors or quantities are unavailable, Sukshna Clothing LLP reserves the right to cancel the order.
Dispatch will only occur after full payment has been successfully credited to our account.
If payment is delayed from your end, any dispatch delays will not be our responsibility.
Product Delivery & Unboxing Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly check the package for damages before accepting it. We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video following these steps:
Start with a 360° view of the intact package.
Record the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.
Failure to provide a clear video proof will result in no claims being entertained for missing or damaged items.
